On Wednesday, March 19th, the National Arts and Craft Council hosted a visual arts mentorship workshop at its secretariat conference room for S4 and S5 students from English River, Perseverance, Plaisance, Mont Fleuri, and Independent schools. A total of 55 students participated and six teachers also took part in the event.
The workshop aimed to enhance IGCSE Arts and Design students’ learning experience by exposing them to professional artists’ perspectives. In this session, students had the opportunity to meet Mr. Danny Sopha, who shared insights into his artistic journey and creative process.
Plans are underway to organize similar programs for other secondary schools in the near future.
