The two weeks workshop organized by the National Arts Council was facilitated by Mr. John Etienne Pool. The training sessions saw the participation of various stakeholders involved in directing and acting.

Art Workshops were conducted during the school holiday for children from the following districts: Grand Anse Mahe, Anse Boileau and Port Glaud.

The employees of the NAC along with different artists spent a day promoting various forms of arts, hence part of the accomplishment of the mandate of the Council.

A setting where NAC management and representatives of associations meet quarterly to discuss any issues pertaining to the effective functions of the associations.

The corporation will assist in the strengthening of arts and culture. Hence providing opportunities for training for the artists and the employees of the NAC.
